John Lopez Joubert, 35. Last seen leaving on foot. 5'8" ~210 lbs, brown hair/brown eyes, full beard. Last clothing: tennis shoes, black shorts, maroon shirt. Carrying a navy blue backpack. No vehicle known. Did not have a cell phone or wallet on him and no social media access since missing. Does not have prescribed medication.

This effort is conducted in coordination with law enforcement authorities. All potential leads must be reported through the system's escalation process. Only authorized contacts (law enforcement and designated family members) should follow up on potential matches. Never attempt to verify or investigate a potential sighting yourself.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
You must respect the privacy of all individuals involved. Do not share case details, contact information, or any information obtained through your volunteer activities on social media or with unauthorized parties. Maintain confidentiality of all system data and communications.
5. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that you are volunteering at your own risk. The case coordinators, system operators, and associated parties assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses you may incur while volunteering. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all associated parties from any claims arising from your volunteer activities.
6. Compliance with Law
You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while volunteering. Do not engage in any activity that could be construed as harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy. Follow all instructions provided by law enforcement and authorized coordinators.
7. Right to Remove Volunteers
Coordinators reserve the right to remove any volunteer from the system at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, unsafe behavior, or actions that compromise the search effort.
